ANDOVER, MA — The new Ballardvale Fire Station will be officially opened on Wednesday with a public ribbon-cutting, Andover said Monday. The new station is located at 161 Andover Street. Construction of the new station was approved at a special town meeting nearly three years ago, after discussions dating back to the 1980s.
