Me and my girlfriend just saw what was most likely a kidnapping on the corner of Buhne and Union White sienna, newer probably 2016-2020 with black tinted windows Two different girls screaming, one trying to get out of the window while going 20-30mph while turning onto Union, both sounded like teenagers screaming, screaming for help, they hated them, and to let them out at the top of their lungs with obvious terror in the sound of their screams The person driving swung around the corner and floored it with the girl hanging out the window I immediately called the police. If anyone else in the area heard or saw this or maybe has cameras that might of caught it, please look over the footage and see if you can see a license plate number
