SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests: At 7:45 a.m. on Nov. 1, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to a burglary and theft into a trailer that occurred at UPS located at 493 County Ave on 10/18/2021 and 10/25/2021, the police arrested a 25-year-old male, Ricky Sanchez of Union City, NJ for Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)] and Theft [2C:20-3A]. Sanchez was charged with 3 counts of Burglary and 3 counts of Theft for the incidents took place at UPS on 10/18/2021, 10/25/2021 and 11/01/2021. Mr. Sanchez was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody. At 12:56 pm. on Nov. 1, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 30-year-old male of Trenton, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Mercer County Sheriff's Office with no bail, along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hamilton, NJ in the amount of $550 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Princeton Township, NJ in the amount of $500. He was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses. Officers from the Mercer County Sheriff's Office responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to take custody of him ffor transport back to their agency. At 2:38 p.m. on Nov. 2, Secaucus Police responded to the Home Depot located at 1055 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 33 year old male, Jesse Kennard of New York, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20 11B(1)] and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon [2C:39-5D]. Kennard was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody. At 1:53 a.m. on Nov. 3, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 30-year-old male of Fair Lawn, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Fair Lawn, NJ in the amount of $225.00 with a 10% option. Fair Lawn PD released him on his own recognizance pending a future court date. He was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody. At 3:23 p.m. on Nov. 3 Secaucus Police responded to the 700 block of 7th Street on a report of an intoxicated female. During the investigation, the police arrested a 56-year-old female of Secaucus, NJ for Endangering the Welfare of a Child [2C:24-4A(2)]. The involved female was served her complaint summons and was released from police custody. At 9:11 p.m. on Nov. 3, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28-year-old male of Linden for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Elizabeth in the amount of $500 with a 10% option. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody. At 3:26 p.m. Nov. 4, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in regards to a dispute that took place at Riverside Station Boulevard on 10/29/2021, the police arrested a 33-year-old male of Secaucus, NJ for Harassment [2C:33-4E]. He was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. At 6:04 p.m. Nov. 4, officers from the Jersey City Police Department responded to the Secaucus Police Department and transferred custody of a 29-year-old male of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $100. He was unable to post bail for the involved warrant. The Secaucus Municipal Court released on his own recognizance pending a future court date and he was released from police custody. At 10:19 a.m. on Nov. 6, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28-year-old male of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $5,000 with a 10% option.
