You do not need to come into the ix Power Foundation office except occasionally. Call upon businesses and organizations to obtain event sponsorships, marketplace vendor tables, and sponsorships of workshop refreshment breaks. Commission also available on high-ticket silent auction items. Meet new people and make new friends; be a part of an effort to inspire, inform, and celebrate the Women of Colorado while raising needed funds for several charities including Rotary International's WASHD5450 club to building water and sanitation infrastructure for communities in-need abroad and in the U.S. such as Native American reservation communities. Water is the most important issue of the day next to clean air! 1.8 billion people do not have clean water that is safe to drink or use in their households. In thousands of desperate communities the laborious task of finding and hauling water home usually falls to women and girls who cannot improve their lot in life because they spend so much time just finding water - and most of the time it is not fit to drink. Even in the United States, many families, particularly Native American, do not have running water in their homes. Help put an end to our country's shameful situation. Be a part of the Mondo Water effort to ensure everyone has clean water to drink! People who have the basic necessities like clean water can be healthy, go to school, find jobs, and improve their lives. The 7th annual Colorado Women's Day conference (March 10 & 11, 2022) is an official, registered event of the annual, global, International Women's Day. Colorado Women's Day, started by the ix Power Foundation in 2016, features two days of workshops, a keynote speaker and lunch, exciting vendors, door prizes, swag for all, and a silent auction.
