Looking for a good and dedicated Maintenance Tech to join our team. We do property management for Apartments, HOA's and General Real Estate homes and condos. Must have transportation, own tools and experience in turning units. Pay based on experience. Paid weekly. It is a 1099 contract position. General areas are Aurora, Wheatridge, Arvada, and Denver.
