Food truck start up help needed

A Christian-owned restaurant/food truck is looking for someone experienced with working on a food truck or in a restaurant to help start up our mobile restaurant. Being involved at the very beginning or pre-opening of a food related business is a plus. We need someone who could work for a week or more to focus on getting our business up and running and to establish a daily routine that would work smoothly for the team. A strong knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant regulations is required. Our perfect applicant is responsible, trustworthy and dependable. We need someone who can be dedicated full-time to the day-to-day operations of this business during this start up time. We prefer someone who is customer service-oriented, friendly, clean and has a willingness to share knowledge. Travel, food and lodging will be covered plus compensation.
