Ignite+Engage The Ratchet+Wrench Management Conference will take place in the Twin Cities in 2021! With a postponement in 2020, we will still use the all-new downtown Minneapolis venue and feature a revamped format. The 2021 RWMC will offer educational and networking opportunities designed to help you set up your operation for lasting success.  Stay tuned for announcements, and learn more about what we did in 2019 at rwconference.com. Agenda Like the industry itself, RWMC has evolved every year since its inception, and we have some new, exciting programming tweaks in store for 2021. With the addition of our Future Leaders Program (more on that below), the Build mini-workshops (more info to come) and an all-new RW Talks format, the conference will feature more than 40 unique educational experiences, each focused on the most critical trends, concepts and strategies for running an effective business. Future Leaders Program Do you have a future superstar leader in your operation? This one-of-a-kind program is designed with a specific content track just for them, focusing on the leadership, managerial, financial, and operational skills needed to take their next steps in their careers and flourish for your operation. The Future Leaders Program is open to up-and-coming leaders holding any position within a shop, but is limited to the first 40 qualified registrants. Speakers Learn tangible strategies directly from real shop operators who have achieved real success in this industry. With an ever-growing list of speakers at this year’s Ratchet+Wrench Management Conference, there will be plenty of opportunities to not only learn from them, but also connect with them one-on-one. Networking, Receptions and More Our agenda will be loaded with learning opportunities, but not all of your takeaways will come in a session room. Everyone will have the opportunity to speak with fellow attendees, speakers and sponsors during the conference's various networking sessions, happy hours, receptions and more.  What's the refund policy? CANCELLATION POLICY: For a refund, less a $200 administrative charge per person, send written notice to [email protected] by August 1, 2021. There will be no monetary refunds for cancellations after August 1, 2021. Instead, a credit will be issued to use at the registrants discretion on any future conference ticket. In order to apply a promo code after you’ve already registered, you will need to cancel and re-register, incurring this $200 administrative fee. ATTENDEE SUBSTITUTION POLICY: A substitute attendee from the same company may attend at no additional charge by submitting that change in writing including that new person’s contact information, email and title to [email protected] by September 1, 2021. The substitute attendee must meet the attendee requirement of being an auto care shop decision-maker (from owners and managers to service writers and CSRs).
