LA's new vaccine mandate for patrons of indoor restaurants, gyms, shops, salons and theaters kicked in Monday, and mandates for city employees are soon to follow. Frustration with some of the nation's strictest vaccine mandates sent more than a thousand to protest outside Los Angeles City Hall Monday. Also, a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles accuses an Encino fertility clinic of switching embryos, causing two mothers to be implanted with each other's babies. The mix-up allegedly caused a nightmare scenario for two couples, who birthed and cared for the "wrong baby" for months before discovering the error and making the trade.
