On-Site Event & Vendor Coordinator

Do you have tradeshow or event planning experience? We are sponsoring the Bloomington Holiday Marker at Eastland Mall on Nov 20-21. We are looking for a coordinator to oversee vendor check in, load in/load out and liaise between the Mall Management and Vendors. The total amount of hours will be about a total of 7 hours over 2 days. 1.5 Hour on the day before the event and about 5.5 hours on the day of the Holiday Market. This could lead to future events as we plan to offer the Shoppers Market quarterly.
