EAGAN, MN — Laura Osnes, the Broadway star from Eagan, recently lost yet another role, Deadline reports. Osnes received a Tony Award nomination for her role as Bonnie in the 2011 production of "Bonnie and Clyde" and was supposed to return in the upcoming production with the original Clyde actor, the report said. Producer Fourth Wall Live announced that it had replaced Osnes with actress Frances Mayli McCann, but did not disclose a reason for the replacement, according to the report. Osnes lost her role in "Crazy for You" in August, due to her not being vaccinated against COVID-19. The New York Post reported that Osnes was fired from the show, but Osnes disputed those claims via an Instagram post, saying she quit.
