To sign up for A1C & Cholesterol testing at one of our clinics - please buy the ticket ahead of time. This ensures that we will have adequate supplies to serve you. Our volunteers will also be able to provide: Blood Pressure Measurements Glucose Testing Nutritional Consulting Medical Consultations Referrals to low-cost, culturally sensitive health services. FAQs Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? If you are unable to make one of the clinics and you have already paid, please contact us to transfer to another date. Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Please put the correct name on the ticket for the person attending.
