I have a 3 year old lab mixed. Very sweet dog but She recently became aggressive to my larger dog and its no longer fair for them to be together. They got along great and played well together for the longest time, but have had 3 attacks in the last 2 months. Listens very well. She is not spayed, but is up to date on her shots. She is on the smaller side weighing in about 40 or so pounds. She is great with my young kids and is very attached to my 4 year old. She comes with her dog bed, food and water dish, newer harness that we bought for 50, leash, collar, her toys and anything else that is hers. She gets along with our small yorkie just fine. She loves to play. She uses a dog door or will let you know when she wants to go outside by lightly pawing at the door. Fully potty trained. Never any aggression to people and is very loveable. The aggression to my male dog came out of no where. I am pretty sure its resource guarding with him being a larger dog. She knows sit, shake, lay down, stay, off, down, leave it, no, ok, and probably a few other commands. She is fully trainable and a very smart dog. It is just not fair to my other dog who she keeps attacking to keep them together anymore. Looking for a forever home for her, hopefully with no other dogs. She is good with my cat and turtles as well. $100 rehoming fee or can work with that or rehome to a rescue who will work with her. I just want to make sure that she will go to a good home and who can afford to keep a dog. I am located in the NW Vegas Tenaya and Alexander. Can meet in a public area as well close to me.
