Please RSVP the number of people in your family unit that will be attending our In-Person Worship Service this weekend. For those attending worship in the Sanctuary, please reserve a ticket(s) in General Admission - Sanctuary. If you are registering a child/children for Kid's Worship (1st-6th Grade), please reserve a ticket for each child attending in Kid's Worship. Kid's Worship is meeting in the chapel. Lastly, if you are registering a child/children for Preschool care and education (Birth-K5) please reserve a ticket for each child attending in this category. Check-in and pickup will be at the entrance to the Preschool building and parents will hand off before entering the pre-school wing so it can maintain the highest level of sanitization throughout the morning. All reservations can be made under one name and individual names for child check-in purposes will be done on Sunday morning with guardian badges printed for parents for pickup following our worship service! Our desire to comply with proper social distancing and plan for the correct number of people in our services has led us to the place where we are asking those who wish to attend our services to register beforehand so we can know how many people to expect and know when our sanctuary seating is full for that week. Additionally, we are extending that registration to Kid's Ministry so we can plan to have the proper care and leadership for the children that will be attending in Kid's Worship and our Preschool Care and Education. Each spot is a person, so we're asking family groups to reserve multiple spots in a single reservation. Once you have registered, you will receive an email that you can show us on arrival on your phone or smart device, or you can print out the registration and show it to us in paper form. For help or assistance with this process, please call the church office (479-452-1481) during business hours so we can walk you through this simple and easy service which will allow us to focus on safety and sharing the gospel as we reopen our campus for worship gatherings! The doors for this service will open at 10am so that people can begin to arrive in a manner that spaces out individuals and family groups. Kid's Worship and Preschool Care will start check-in at 10:10am to allow plenty of time to make it to the 10:30am Worship Service. FACE COVERINGS: Everyone ages 10 and up are required to wear a face covering upon entering, exiting, and while walking around/interacting with others in the building. Once seated in the Sanctuary, face coverings may be removed while practicing 6ft social distancing. To accommodate those who don't feel safe around those not wearing masks during service, we're opening up a section in the balcony for those who want to distance themselves from those not wearing masks. In Stage 2, this directive is being extended to children that will be attending Kid's Worship (1st-6th Grade) as they arrive in the chapel. Once they are seated and properly distanced, they can remove their masks. This is in alignment with the same precautions in place in our Fort Smith School Systems. A proper face covering will cover your mouth and nose and stay in place during normal activities. While we understand that this may hinder your ability to interact as you normally would, this precaution is one that the Department of Health has been very clear about concerning the well-being of our community and those who will be attending alongside you. ENTRANCE LINES: Our entrance lines will be on both sides of the building and serve to keep us physically distanced as we prepare to enter the worship facility. Please be aware of your space if you are with your family and assist us with maintaining that 6-foot distance between other family groups or individuals as you proceed to the entrance. If we happen to have rain, we will direct people to our covered entrances and assist with further communication as we approach that time. The preschool entrance will only be used for handicapped access before service and the preschool doors will be used as an exit after the service for all those who are picking up children from Kid's Worship or Preschool Care and Education. All entry before service will continue to be at the two main entrances on either side of the building.
