Property Management Office is looking for an all-around handy maintenance person capable of
Basic painting, replacing dry wall, tiles, etc
Basic plumbing, replacing faucets, unclogging drains, etc
Basic electrical, replacing ballasts, light fixtures, etc
Basic HVAC experience, changing filters, setting up timers
Cleaning, landscape work
Applicant must have own car/truck and a clean driving record
Applicant must be able to communicate in English
