I have two boys, ages two and 11. I’m in the process of searching for a job, however, I cannot get a job if I don’t have a RELIABLE babysitter FIRST. All these babysitters out here want to get paid right away, except they don’t tell you that. Instead I waste my time introducing them to my kids, bringing them to my home, or driving to their‘s, making sure my kids are comfortable and like them…all for nothing. KEEP IT REAL. If you want your spots filled right away, say that! Or tell the client if they don’t save a spot it will be filled, keep it real Las Vegas people—- I know that’s probably hard to do in a fake city but come on l. No one knows what you want if you don’t tell them. But to keep people on the back burner and have them thinking that they have a babysitter they can rely on, just to tell them you’re not offering your services a few weeks later & you’re all booked up—-is jacked up! Is that how you would want someone to treat you, of course not! God don’t like ugly, and for most of you who do that, I can’t wait until you need some help, and people leave you hanging. I’m posting this because these type of unreliable, not serious about making money people, are all I get, for whatever reason. Wishing and praying for some honest, trustworthy, reliable, Childcare.
