Beware of subcontacting coming into your market and you doing all the work and they take 3/4 of invoice for doing nothing
Beware of the Clean Pro Gutter Cleaning ad looking for handyman to be sub contracted and states you can make $40 per hour??? no they make $144 and you get $85 for 7 man hours? lol
in 3 weeks they sent 2 job request and now they are advertizing for more contractors (after filling out all the paperwork and having 2 million insurance )
today job: 45 minutes each way away (1.5 hour total travel time for 2 guys need two guys because by law need ladder holder) 300ft of gutters, 32 ft up so you by law need a ladder holder (that's on you what to do)
gutters on house haven't been clean in 2 years so they are completly filled 2 hours of work min. for 2 guys and they want 20 photos and want to give you $85 bucks, but they are charging the customer $229.00 because they booked the call out of Arkansas and the customer thinks you are them.
Your truck, your workers comp, your getting in trouble if something goes wrong, your ladder, your reputation, your workers, wear and tear on your truck to travel, your gas, your insurance, your travel time, your hours and less than 40 percent so these middle man who books a local job for you gets $144 while you get $85 and that's not $40 per hour LOL
