My name is Grace and I am a 200 hour certified vinyasa/yin yoga practitioner/high school art teacher. My passion is to help others find a sense of peace, clarity, and rejuvenation through yoga. I specialize in flow-based yoga and breath-work and am happy to customize a special practice to accommodate specific needs.
