Cal Poly Cat Program is looking for foster homes for our special needs cats! CPCP is proud of our compassionate policy of accepting the cats/kittens that some agencies would deem unadoptable due to various reasons. We don’t mind a challenge and with the amazing support of community members and CP students we’ve had a highly successful foster program that provides the next level of care for our “special needs” cats. Anyone with a strong connection to cats, lots of patience, and who is willing to open their home & heart to a cat in need would be a good fit for our foster program. There are several reasons that our cats need foster homes: painfully shy, medical issues, hospice care, help with socialization, seniors looking for a less hectic environment, etc. Fostering a cat can be a short or a long-term commitment; our foster coordinator can match you up with just the right kitty that would fit into your household and that would benefit from your care.
