Centrally located Restoration Company is seeking a Certified Water/ Fire / Mold Damage Lead Field Technician for full time employment. Medical & Dental Benefits Offered. As well as Paid Time Off. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. General schedule is 7:00am - 4:00pm. Overtime & weekend work available. Candidate Must Have: • Minimum 5 years experience in Emergency Water Damage Restoration • Minimum 3 years management experience (Job and staff management) • Familiarity with MICA System • Familiarity with Xactimate & Xactanalysis • IICRC Certification (Non expired) • DMV printout to reflect a clean driving record • Willing to undergo a background check • Must be able to pass a drug test • Positive Attitude, willing to learn and be trained to perform work based on our company standards Duties May Include: • Responding to Emergency calls pertaining to Floods & Fires • Assist in Setting up Drying Equipment (must be able to lift 50+ pounds) • Assist with performing emergency water removal when needed such as: Extracting Water, flooring removal, performing approved demolition, removing cabinets, moving of home owner’s personal items / furniture • Assist with Bagging trash of items that can possibly be contaminated with sewage / back up water • Fire Damage Cleaning • Efficiently communicate the dry out / remediation process with Home Owners. • Efficiently Communicate job information with Insurance Adjusters • Make sure all necessary paperwork has been signed by all parties • Safely drive a company vehicle to and from customer job sites • Manage water damage field technicians on site – explain daily work duties to them • Responsible for daily schedule • Be mindful of job costing for company profitability • Maintain Inventory of supplies in Warehouse • Manage small Fleet of Vehicles – maintenance / repairs / cleanliness Company Benefits Offered: • Medical Benefits • Dental Benefits • PTO Please Include your Resume with a Name and a Phone Number where we can reach you.
