Towne Properties, a leader in the property management industry, is currently accepting applications for a full-time Custodian at  in Columbus, Ohio.        The role of a Custodian will rely on your custodial experience, people skills, positive attitude and time management skills. You’ll need to be organized with attention to detail. This challenging opportunity includes: Cleaning common areas both indoors and outdoors Assisting with grounds maintenance Assisting with light maintenance tasks such as changing filters or light bulbs Salting and snow removal in inclement weather Scheduled hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Competitive pay (up to $16 hourly) including generous monthly bonus pool  AND full benefits You offer the following minimum requirements: Able to live or move up to 50 lbs.
