Seeking Lead guitarist with vocals

We are a 5 piece, female fronted variety cover band. We are losing our guitarist at the end of the year. His job has changed and he will not be available after the end of this year. Who we are... a variety cover band playing dance music from the 70s to current day. We cover Classic Rock, R&B, some country and Pop. We play resorts, clubs, festivals and weddings. We currently have work out to NYE 2022. We play afternoons and evenings, mostly 2 hour or 3 hour gigs (that start at 3 or 4p.m.) with the occasional 4 hour gig at clubs. Festivals are usually on holidays (like 4th of July). Weddings are pretty much on weekends. The band is good, well established on our circuit and the money is pretty decent. We don't play anything you have not heard before and we don't play anything that is not danceable. We are not a metal or hard rock band and we are not too interested in changing our core music. it is what our customers expect from us. What we are looking for: A seasoned, versatile guitarist who can add to our vocals. Someone who has flexibility in their work schedule to play gigs that sometimes start at 3 or 4 in the afternoon. (This is just in the season. Other gigs in the summer are pretty much evening gigs.) What we need from you: Something that can demonstrate your ability as a musician and as a singer. Usually in the form of a clip or a link to YouTube or something else. This will serve as your preliminary audition. If you are called to participate in a live rehearsal, you will be given specific songs to prepare for the live rehearsal and we won't stray from that list. We will also invite you to see us at one of our live performances. With 12 gigs in December, it would be too difficult for us to do cold auditions. We need to have someone ready to go 1/1/2022. Reach out to us with what we are asking for and we will send you recordings of the band performing live so you can get a sense of who and what we are all about.
