This is the ideal position for someone who is good with their hands, and not afraid of a hard day's work. You must be comfortable working in attics and crawlspaces. In this position you will be working both as a team as well as independently on residential and light commercial projects to improve indoor air quality. This position is great for someone with either a contracting or cleaning background.. We offer: $15-17 per hour plus eligible for over $200 per month in bonuses Year Round Employment (We have NEVER done a seasonal Layoff) M-F Daytime Shifts Health, Dental and Vision Insurance after 60 days Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Paid Training Uniforms All required tools and equipment Duties and Responsibilities: Report for work at Location in Carnegie PA. Take company vehicle from office to customer location. Assess job-site and execute provided scope of work. Conduct treatments for mold, and other issues in residential and commercial environments. Mold treatments consist of about 50% demolition and building material removal, and 50% cleaning. Our ideal candidate: Is detail oriented, and able to communicate well with customers and management. Is comfortable working in various residential environments including basements, crawlspaces and attics. Enjoys working with their hands and has an eye for cleanliness. Has experience in any of these fields: construction, painting, repairs, handyman, cleaning or similar. Position Requirements: Positive attitude. Strong communication skills. Physically capable of performing tasks including but not limited to mold remediation, demolition etc. in residential environments including basements, attics and crawlspaces. Able to work with proper Personal Protective Equipment including respirators. Clean criminal history and driving record. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
