Part time worker for packing small items but on regular basis.

We are a distribution company for custom / fashion jewelry. We are looking for worker/s for packing small items in bulk. We are preferably looking for female workers due to the delicacy of items. But all inquiries are welcome. Paying $15 per hour with min. of 3 hours per day. Anywhere from 1-5 days a week. Our job needs someone with flexibility. Sometimes just a few hours, sometimes all day and weekends depending on the urgency of orders. We need you also to be comfortable with lifting boxes, not super heavy but still require some strength. Organizing and keeping track on the materials used to always have enough stock. -We DON't want someone who is only available in the afternoons. -We DON't want someone who is only available on the weekend. -Its a plus if you have warehouse or 'packing in bulk' experience. -We do look for someone on a permanent basis. -This is not a cash job!
