Candidates interested in the Reach Truck Forklift Driver positions must have previous experience and must pass drug screening. ✅Customer Service Rep: Monday – Friday, flexible hours: 5:00am – 5:00pm (plus, some weekends); Fullerton location only. ✅Order Processing Specialist: 1st & 2nd shifts available, Fullerton location only. Please note: All positions are seasonal roles slated to go through the end of 2021. All positions are based on-site, out of our Fullerton or Buena Park locations. Customer Service Rep Job Description: •Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Outlook •Available on the phone for inbound calls approximately 80% of assigned schedule. •Document every call with actions taken to resolve issue or inquiry. •Quickly, accurately, and professionally answer inbound calls regarding inquires on placing new orders; include explanation of gifts and services available features and benefits and costs. •Be able to successfully manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload while paying attention to detail. •Be able to work with others to provide a team player work environment. •Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
