We are Pond and Waterfall building specialists. Our work is more than just typical construction, it’s ART. JOB DESCRIPTION(s): ***POND CREW: ($16-$20/Hr) Professional pond builder - building koi ponds and waterfalls. Training is available for this position - we do not require pond experience. However we do require some landscape construction experience. ***FOREMAN SUPERVISOR: ($25/Hr) We are looking for someone to LEAD our crew. We need someone to take on a supervisor and/or foreman role. This will be a hands-on position, contributing to the building of projects as well as managing them. BONUS PROGRAM $$$: We have a crew bonus program, rewarding our team with hitting the estimated job hours and targets. The crews that hit their targets each month will receive a bonus! We want our crew members to be the highest paid pond builders in the industry and share in the profits!
