Warehouse General Worker, Truck Driver & Delivery (Full-time with varying weekly overtime required) We are a small family owned commercial electrical contracting company located in San Dimas. We are looking for new Full-Time employee to perform the following duties. Various Warehouse Duties: A) Work with ownership and management as required to maintain material flow in multiple small warehouses at a single campus. Load and unload material deliveries using forklift. B) Take orders from employees for jobs, procurement of materials and tools, loading of materials and delivery of materials. C) Maintains equipment by keeping it clean and safe with responsibility to report upon request. D) Must be responsible in terms of securing warehouse and vehicles. E) Keep accurate records of materials and tools received, delivered and returned. F) Manage and track materials for multiple revolving projects. G) Employee will be required to take part in ordering and purchasing of materials and tools. H) Some experience driving a forklift. I) Employee must have their own reliable means of getting to work each day. Truck driving skills Drive company's 12' flatbed truck and smaller pickup trucks to transport materials from warehouse and material wholesalers to jobsites throughout the greater Los Angeles area. This position involves moving, stacking and palletizing of electrical materials and tool and readying them for safe transport. Requirements: A) Provide on-time, safe, and accurate pick up and delivery as required. B) Daily safety checks on vehicle and report any non-compliance to supervisor. C) Must have a current driver's license and clean driving record and agree to obey all driving laws. D) Perform job duties according to standard operating procedures and within standard productivity levels of productivity. E) Work to build positive working relationships with others employees in our company F) Keep accurate records of delivery and pickup of materials and tools. G) Must have good communications skills and express a desire to learn and adapt to the current company culture.
