General Job Requirements o Impeccable work ethic, desire to learn and desire to share knowledge o Professional appearance and attitude o Values integrity, honesty and reliability o Strong communication skills with co-workers, subcontractors and home owners/clients o Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot o Ability to work independently and with a team o Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record o Working cell phone with text messaging and ability to communicate through email o Have your own standard painting tools, other power tools is a plus o Requires flexibility in schedule – some nights and weekends required o MUST speak fluent English, Spanish is a plus o ABSOLUTELY drug free and able to pass a criminal background check o Legal working status in the US – this will be verified through E-Verify The Project Manager position requires the ability to lead and train other personnel on best practices for paint prep, application and safety. Must have advanced paint application skills, be able to determine quantities of supplies needed to complete jobs, have an understanding of job costs, and be able to give accurate metrics in job progression and budgets.
