Need someone experienced with overhauling rooms, tearing up carpet, painting and sheetrock. Helping with plumbing etc. I have about 6-7 rooms which need to have carpets redone, sheetrock, basic sink installs. And a few other items. Looking for an experienced contractor who can help. If it works out, will have ALOT of repeat business. There is a great amount of work needed to be done and I'm looking for someone clean and reliable. Will pay on a per job basis. I will pay the for the Materials, you just need to bring your own tools and worker(s). Pay will be on a PER JOB basis. I have attached photos for what needs to be done. These are the worst rooms. Some of the others aren't as bad. Timeframe for all rooms is looking to have them completed by end of the year. Calls before 9AM and after 9PM will be automatically removed from consideration.
