Sunny clean studio with the window! in a renovated building in Greenpoint. 24 hour access, utilities and amenities are included in your rent. High-speed Wi-Fi/AC and Heat Slop Sinks, Passenger Elevator /Loading Dock, lobbies, kitchenettes, restrooms, a conference room, and furnished outdoor space. Shelf size storage at the studio only. 395$ per month.
