SBM Management is looking for a Custodian to help them shine. We are looking for a reliable, hard-working person to join the team! We have immediate openings for custodians who wants to provide exceptional customer satisfaction. We are looking for custodial members who have strong customer service skills and can work successfully with other team members. ** Responsibilities: ** Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, removing carpet stains) Surface care (dusting, disinfecting, cleaning glass / mirrors / windows, polishing metal / wood, cleaning blinds and curtains), counter tops. Removal of waste (emptying trash and recycling bins, transporting trash and waste to proper disposal areas) Light maintenance ( restock cabinet / supply room) Qualifications: Janitorial experience preferred, passing a drug test will be required. Shift is M-F 7:00 AM- 3:30PM.
