In search of a lead/rhythm electric guitar player for a new, mature, R&B/Funk/Neo Soul project. Band members have significant musical experience! We are looking for someone who will commit to rehearsing twice a month (Saturday afternoons; 4pm to 7pm) in Waldorf, Maryland (Indianhead side); someone who can chill with other folk; someone who does not need or want drama; someone who has a day job (or retired) and not looking for a local band to be the sole source of support; and someone who understands that local band business comes and goes, but the need to be prepared for the opportunity is important. The instrumentation will be bass guitar, drums, male/female lead vocals, background vocals, at least 1 keyboard, percussion, and dedicated sound man.
