Looking for an on-site Handyman for apartment buildings -Must have experience in general maintenance and small building repairs -Must be able to speak fluent English and some Spanish to communicate with tenants. -Trust worthy and reliable -High level of organization and attention to detail -Keep open dialogue with property owner on vacancies, tenants, physical condition of property, and financial issues. -Must have reliable transportation to travel from building to building located in Elgin, Addison, Mount Prospect and Palatine with Valid Drivers License -Must be able to work Full-Time hours and 5-6 days per week -Able to start immediately For consideration, please submit resume to: [email protected]
