Any info or leads would be appreciated. Looking to find a practice room/rehearsal space where my band can play in the evenings/late night and on the weekends. Location isn't a big deal. I'd be open to discussing splitting a place with another group if that is in the cards. I'm respectful, honest, direct, and communicative. Thanks for your time.
