Queen Property Preservation LLC is hiring Property Preservation and Lawn Maintenance Vendors/independent Sub-Contractors. Following are the basic type of work he/she will be performing: The works will mainly be performed on Foreclosed residential property. Debris removal Snow removal Grass cut Winterizations Lock change Lawn Maintenance Shrub Trimming/Tree Trimming Exterior & Interior repairs/replacement including fencing, gutters, siding, power washing, etc. General carpentry including doors, windows, walls, stairways, etc. Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Work location: Ability to work in multiple counties. Requirement: We require our Independent Contractors to carry a general liability insurance policy of at least $1 million as well as the ability to take before, during, and after photos of all work completed.
