Maintenance Staff at Senior Housing Development – Part-time with possibility of FT Property Management company seeking Maintenance staff to assist and maintain single story senior apartments. Ideal candidate will be responsible for general maintenance repairs throughout property including the residential units, snow removal, lawn care, turnover preparations (cleaning, painting, sanitizing, etc) Etc. Prefer candidates with maintenance management experience but will train the right person. EMPLOYEE MUST LIVE ONSITE. Applicant must possess the following skills and attributes: - Ability to work independently and take the initiative. - Ability to work with others and take directions as directed. - Valid driver’s license. - General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems. - Experience with Snow Removal. - Working knowledge of general landscaping & lawn care. - Painting experience. - Basic computer knowledge (email, excel, word, pdf). - Patience and understanding of the senior population - Willingness to Learn Required work hours: PT Position: candidate is expected to work 30 hours per week. During inclement weather work will vary depending on circumstances. For example, hours will be longer during the winter weather and snow removal.
