Production Lead Duties: -- Overseeing and monitoring production efficiently to meet production goals. -- Supervise, train and develop Machine Operators & Material Handlers. -- Use and maintain machinery effectively and partner with Maintenance Lead for daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance. -- Partner with Production Manager to maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate counts of inventory. -- Meet quality control standards and use resources effectively.
