Secret Garden Winefest postponed until 2021 Hello Everyone, We must let you know that due to the recent increase in COVID 19 cases and Gov. Hogan's wish that Maryland citizens limit all large gatherings in an effort to "slow the spread", the Carroll County Commissioners have cancelled all events at the Carroll County Farm Museum until spring 2021. This includes our beloved Secret Garden Winefest. We do respect and understand the decision. Any tickets purchased may be transferred to any one of our 2021 festivals.
