Little Lost Black Kitten-- Can you add to your litter and foster?

My neighbor just found a little black kitten, somehow separated from its family. We are actively looking around but haven't found a litter yet. In case we cannot reunite him with his mama (who is probably feral), could you open your heart and foster or adopt this little one? I am a feline rescuer, but I am still full with late summer/fall kittens. We believe this sweetie is about 4 weeks, able to eat and drink on its own, and no doubt he'll tame down quickly. I can bring the kitten to you. Please, just tell me about yourself and your rescue activities. I really feel that this baby needs to be with other babies close to his age. Thanks!
