Description
We are seeking an Assistant Construction Superintendent to assist our Construction Manager in building new custom homes in the Princeton/McKinney and Wylie areas.
The Assistant Construction Superintendent must have a minimum of 5 years experience building new homes, reading construction plans and specifications, knowledge of construction materials and residential construction process from grading, foundation, framing, ground up construction through completion, assist in overseeing subcontractors, assisting in verifying all construction field work is completed per plan and specifications, verify construction industry standards and quality controls measures are met or exceeded, verify material deliveries, keeping job sites safe, clean and organized, provide high level of customer service, assist in completing punch out and warranty work. Experience with using and having basic hand tools is required to perform light duty work.
