We are seeking an Administrative Assistant - Construction Project Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in New Home Construction. Experience in working for a new home builder, a construction company or subcontractor is preferred. We develop real estate communities and build custom homes. The Administrative Assistant - Construction Project Coordinator will assist our team and customers with floor plan design, interior design selections, work on special projects, obtain, organize and coordinate construction project information with our Operations and Construction Managers, customers, suppliers, subcontractors, vendors, and our sales agents. The Administrative Assistant - Construction Project Coordinator will be an integral part of our team with specific responsibilities, and must have a positive attitude, good organizational and math skills, ability to work independently and multi task, be detailed and analytical, have good verbal communication and writing skills, English speaking, good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook.
