Assist with answering all customer service inquiries.
Assist customers who have questions regarding the company warranty and products.
Provide instructions for operation of all products.
Provide technical support for operation of lighting products.
Manage all incoming emails for product warranty.
Provide follow-up to customers as needed.
Answer calls regarding our new line of lighting items.
Provide technical support to assist the customer with apps.
Respond to customer service emails in timely manner.
PAY: $17.00
SHIFT: 8:30AM-5:30PM
