She was happy and wiggly on leash. On way back she ran up to several kennels to say hi to other dogs sniffing and displaying no aggression! That is a huge improvement for Felicia. Very brave of her! Usually when a dog is reactive, they are often scared. She has shown she can learn with a little training and work to not be reactive. She needs to be your ONE and ONLY PET in the home.
