Tile bath enclosure

Need to tile bath shower enclosure only. Porcelain subway tile. Looking for a rough estimate based on the picture. Old vinyl enclosure removed already. Old glue left up. Potentially need layer of hardy backer or green drywall. I would like to tile to ceiling on the three sides and possibly the ceiling as well. If this project goes well than I will hire you to tile floor as well. Please keep in mind this is in the mountains so include time and gas in your bid for mountains. I will provide and supply the tile.
