I am writing hoping that some one will come forward and return my purse taken from the Ross dress for less. It is the purse I am wearing in this picture. It is not value nor does it have anything in it that would be of value to any one else. The purse contained no cash. All cards have been turned off and a police report has been made. I am offering a $50 reward no questions asked for the safe return of the purse and its contents. Thank you
