I have been playing guitar for over 25 yrs, self taught, but a novice when it comes to flat picking bluegrass. I've been practicing to Doc Watson tutorials online but would prefer sitting with another decent player to help speed up the process. I can compensate if you prefer to give lessons rather than a hang out, but I'm just interested in learning how to play songs.
