Drywall only

Looking for some drywall work on four different areas. One enclosed washer dryer patio area. One large bedroom with cathedral ceiling. I want to leave trusses exposed. So a lot of climbing up high past the trusses. One small children’s room. One small closet that needs drywall. Total quantity of 4x8 sheets is approximately (30) 1/2” sheets and (15) 5/8” sheets. That is a guess. I want to do 1/2” drywall on walls and 5/8” on ceiling. I would also like it all taped and mud. No paint. All areas will already be insulated. Let me know a few things. Rough estimate for installation if I buy the drywall and have it onsite. Rough estimate if you buy the drywall. When are you available to start. My goal is a two man job for this. Total square feet of drywall is around a 1000sqft Project is in the mountains so extra gas and time should be included in bid. Please include little sentences about what your experience is.
