To the man who stole my Neil Lane engagement ring on my anniversary, a little over a year ago. (Pacific Beach) I hope you see this & have it in your heart to please return it. I have been without a ring since that day & it shatters our hearts not having it. We unfortunately were young and dumb and didn't know how things worked so we did not have insurance.
