Networx Supported living services is a dangerous place for clients and staff.
-They retain staff who abuse clients and supervisors will actively work to cover up abuse
-They support clients who have physically violent behaviors but offer ZERO training for handling said behaviors. Several staff have been hospitalized and nothing changes
- They claim to care about Covid precautions but unvaccinated supervisors continue to work on clients homes without wearing a mask (and haven’t worn one all throughout)
They tell staff to let them know if they need masks and gloves but when staff do, they’re told they need to bring their own supplies or they’re given a bandana and 2 hair ties to use as a mask. This is in a home where the client spits and bites staff
