Description
Penny is 4 years old, registered Aussie, that we are needing to rehome. Penny has grown up on our mini-farm where she loves to run. Sadly we have lost our family business and now are in process of having to move into a small camper with our 3 kids and we believe this will be a harmful transition for her. She has some quirks, and is suspicious of strangers, barking, but never biting, and has some food aggression issues towards other dogs only, never toward people. She would likely do best in a single dog- home. She's not fixed but has been around children, and cats and does fine. She is incredibly intelligent, has had $1500 worth of training, and is loyal to those who gain her trust. My husband and I will now be working on the road full time, and she will be confined to a crate and only allowed exercise on a leash, which with her energy level and intelligence, would be harmful to her mental health & happiness. We are asking a small rehoming fee to ensure she is going to a safe home, and would prefer someone who is familiar with aussie/Shephard breeds due to their quirky personalities and needs. Please contact anytime, I do prefer text, at
