Black men need a space to be vulnerable and open. Come breathe with your brothers. Black men need a space to be vulnerable and open. In a world that constantly rewards fearlessness and strength, finding place to simply be, can feel difficult. This circle is designed to give black men the space to feel all that needs to be tapped into. Partipants are encouraged to bring: 1. Yoga/meditation mat 2. Water 3. Open Spirit & Heart 4. Light Snack (Nuts or dark chocolate) 5. Blanket **Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class. The door will lock promptly at 3:30 pm. *We recognize the terms (women & men) are a framework of the gender binary. We encourage all participants to attend the most gender affirming session.
